Book Review: Dramarama by E. Lockhart

I finished reading a book today, Dramarama by E. Lockhart. I did a bit of digging on the internet and found that the E. stands for Emily. She was trying to be all mysterious using just E. Lockhart but then had to change her internet domain or something like that.

I just love to read. It makes me feel all accomplished when I finish a book. Usually I like to escape with a good mystery by James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, or Jonathan Kellerman but this was a YA, or, young adult, book. I must say that it was a refreshing change from the usual murder, mystery, and madness that I read.

Dramarama is exactly as it sounds! It’s a book about two besties, Sadye and Demi, who go off to a summer drama camp and all the drama, literally, that ensues. The characters are so much fun-the author really captured the essence of the teenage spirit. Not only is this a great read for young adults, but for anyone! I totally recommend! A quick, fun, and easy read. I can't wait to read some of her other books!

  1. I love a fun, easy read every once in a while too. Right now I am knee deep in the middle of a sci-fi book (which is a genre I never read) but it is really good. After this though, I will have to read something totally different. Your book may be a good choice.

  3. Sounds cool!!! I love to read as well. My problem is I get addicted to it, and can't put the book down for anything!
