Hey guys and gals! Ms. Lori Anderson over at Pretty Things is at it again. She's hosting another Bead Soup Blog Party (referred to as BSBP from here on out). Read more about that here. Sign ups are August 1-3.
A what, you are asking? A BSBP is where Lori pairs you up with a partner and ya'll send each other beads (or whatever but it must include a focal and a clasp) to create something fabulous with. On reveal day everyone blog hops checking out each other's work.
I recently did my first BSBP this spring. Honestly, I was intimidated. I mean, have you seen Lori's work??? :) I didn't know what to expect. I'm so glad I signed up because I can't tell you how inspiring it is. I never imagined the creativity that everyone put into their pieces. And it was a learning experience for me, seeing the different mediums that people incorporated into their jewelry. I highly recommend this to everyone from beginner to jewelry maker extraordinaire.
